Eidskallen Lighthouse Survival Guide: BO7 Zombies Tips

Eidskallen Lighthouse is the new Survival map in Black Ops 7 Zombies Season 05, a confined slice of Totenreich built from two zones only, Beacon Island and the Lighthouse itself. No exploring the whole frozen village this time, just a tight box designed to grind you down round by round.

Season 05 launched July 23, 2026, and the Eidskallen Lighthouse Survival map arrived with it, front and center of the Zombies content drop. The premise is simple and unkind: survive as long as you can with whatever the island gives you, nothing more.

The layout forces you to work for everything. Pack-a-Punch sits at the top of the Lighthouse stairs on Beacon Island, so every upgrade run doubles as a cardio session while the horde chews at your heels. Along the way you will find the Arsenal, Der Wunderfizz, the Mystery Box, Armor Upgrades, and Wall Buys, all crammed into a space too small to hide your mistakes.

Traps exist here too, and the standout is the Flammenfalle Trap, a triple flame contraption that roasts anything foolish enough to walk through it. Use it early, use it often, since ammo runs out faster than your patience.

The map is small on purpose. There is nowhere to run when the horde catches up, so plan your Der Wunderfizz stops before round twenty or start memorizing the sound of your own screaming.

Progress on Totenreich Survival mode is rewarded in blunt, tiered chunks rather than constant drip feed. Here is what you are actually working for:

Beyond the standard Eidskallen Lighthouse round milestones, there is a separate competitive layer running the entire season. Rotating three-hour Eidskallen Lighthouse leaderboard rewards hand out the Harbinger and Ragnarok Universal Weapon Camos, plus an emblem, a charm, and the Wake Up Call DS20 Mirage assault rifle blueprint, all for whoever survives longest in each window before it resets and humbles everyone equally.

The setting is not decoration either. Eidskallen was already established as a Norse fishing village occupied since the Bronze Age, later gutted by Group 935 into a research base, with the Beacon Island lighthouse looming over the whole mess like it knows something you do not.

Rush Pack-a-Punch early because the Lighthouse stairs only get more dangerous as the round count climbs.
Save points for Der Wunderfizz rather than blowing everything on the Mystery Box out of impatience.
Position near the Flammenfalle Trap whenever things get crowded instead of pretending you can outrun a horde on a small island.
Track the three hour leaderboard reset times if camo grinding actually matters to you.

None of this guarantees survival. The map was built to be cramped and unforgiving, and Black Ops 7 Zombies Season 05 clearly intended it that way. Good luck, you will need it more than the Mammoth LMG.
