Snorix OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia with a company number 17233872 (“BoostMatch”), is committed to protecting privacy and confidentiality of its Users by complying with the applicable data protection regulations and safeguarding the rights of data subject’s.
This Privacy Policy explains how BoostMatch collects, use, disclose, and protect information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) when Users access, visit, register on, or use https://boostmatch.gg website (the “Platform”), or otherwise interact with BoostMatch. BoostMatch ensures that Personal Data remains secure against theft, damage, or any form of misuse, whether intentional or unintentional.
This Privacy Policy is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national laws and regulations as amended from time to time.
By accessing or using the Platform, User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described herein. In addition to the definitions set out in this Privacy Policy, definitions provided in the General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
BoostMatch may collect and process various types of Personal Data when interacting with the Platform or Services. The types of Personal Data collected include, but are not limited to:
Account data: username, date of birth, email address, personal identification data, profile picture, phone number, contact information;
Access data: login credentials strictly necessary to access and provide the requested Services, IP address;
Transaction data: based on User’s activities on the Platform and the Account;
Communication data: chats and correspondences through the Platform, and any correspondences sent to BoostMatch, information Users provide when contact customer support, submit inquiries, or participate in surveys;
Technical and Usage data:computer sign-on data, IP address, device identifiers browser type, language, operating system, details of interactions with the Platform, including pages viewed, clicks, and session duration, location, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Platform;
Payment data: partial payment card number, cardholder name, billing address, country of location, e-wallet number and associated email (if applicable), and order history. BoostMatch does not store card expiry date, CVV/CVC, or full card numbers.

Performance of a Contract: to enter into or perform a contract with Users including, registering and maintaining their Account, processing and fulfilling their Orders, and providing access to the Platform and providing the Services they request.
Legitimate Interests: to protect BoostMatch legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by User’s rights and freedoms. BoostMatch’s legitimate interests include preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access, ensuring the security, integrity and availability of the Platform and Services, enforcing BoostMatch’s terms of service and protecting BoostMatch’s legal rights. Where BoostMatch rely on legitimate interest, it perform a balancing test to ensure that User’s rights and interests are not disproportionately affected.
Legal Obligations: to comply with legal and regulatory obligations such as tax, accounting, record-keeping, responding to lawful requests from public authorities, complying with anti-fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), and sanctions screening obligations (if applicable), and other statutory requirements.
Consent: where required by law, BoostMatch will seek User’s consent before processing Personal Data, including, sending them marketing communications, newsletters, or promotional offers, using optional analytics or cookies. User may withdraw their consent at any time in accordance with the Clause 7, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
BoostMatch use Personal Data for the following purposes:
BoostMatch retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. In general, BoostMatch retains relevant data for a period of six (6) years after Account Closure or after the last relevant transaction, unless a longer retention period is required to meet legal or regulatory obligations or to resolve disputes.
In order to be able to perform and comply with BoostMatch’s contractual and statutory obligations Personal Data of a User may be provided to various service providers and third parties only in cases BoostMatch have a legal basis to do so. Such service providers and third parties enter into contractual agreements with BoostMatch in order to ensure confidentiality of Personal Data and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations and local laws and regulations.
BoostMatch may share Personal Data with third party including but not limited to:
Service Providers & Processors: hosting providers, analytics platforms, payment processors, and other vendors assisting BoostMatch in providing the Services.
Professional Advisors: auditors, lawyers, and consultants, where necessary.
Public Authorities: where required by law, regulation, or court order.
BoostMatch does not sell or share Personal Data with unrelated third parties unless required by law or government authorities. Personal Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) under strict compliance with applicable data protection legislation and the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) established by the European Commission.
BoostMatch implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Personal Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely to minimize potential risks. While BoostMatch strive to protect Personal Data, no transmission method is 100% secure. BoostMatch encourages Users to take precautions when sharing information online. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for logging out after each session.
Users have several important rights regarding the processing of User’s Personal Data. These include:
Right to be Informed: Users have the right to be informed about how and why BoostMatch process their Personal Data.
Right to Access: Users have the right to access their Personal Data and obtain confirmation whether BoostMatch process their Personal Data.
Right to Rectification: This enables vs to request a correction of any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete Personal Data BoostMatch holds about Users.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Users can request deletion of their Personal Data, subject to legal limitations. BoostMatch may retain certain data where necessary to comply with itslegal obligations, enforce agreements, or resolve disputes.

Right to Data Portability: Users have the right to receive the Personal Data they have provided to BoostMatch in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller, where technically feasible.
Rights Regarding Automated Decision-Making: Users have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if such decisions have significant effects.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, Users can withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: If a User has concerns about the way BoostMatch process their Personal Data, they may contact BoostMatch at [email protected]. User’s also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Estonia, this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate ([email protected]).
User may exercise any of the rights described above by contacting BoostMatch at [email protected] or by submitting a written request to Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10152. Please note that may need to verify User’s identity before fulfilling User’s request, in order to protect User’s Personal Data.
The Platform is intended for individuals over the legal age based on applicable laws of the country of residence, and, subject to their parents or legal guardians consent and supervision – for individuals over thirteen (13) years old. BoostMatch does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals younger than thirteen (13) years old. If BoostMatch becomes aware that such an individual has provided their Personal Data, BoostMatch will delete such information promptly.
BoostMatch may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its practices, legal requirements, or technology.
