RULES FOR COACHES

These Rules for Coaches (“Rules”) govern the use of the BoostMatch Platform by registered Coaches and, together with the General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), form a binding and enforceable additional agreement between Coaches and the Platform. By registering as a Coach, a user acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Rules at all times.

1. DEFINITIONS

In addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Conditions, for the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Manager – the representative of BoostMatch who coordinates Orders and communication between Customers and Coaches.

Selfplay – an option allowing the Customer to play alongside the Coach.

Account Share – an option allowing the Coach to play directly on the Customer’s account.

Auction System – the functionality of the Platform that allows a Coach to view and accept available Orders in real time.

2. GENERAL

2.1 These Rules govern the procedures granting and suspending access to the Platform, setting performance standards, outlining the rights and obligations of Coaches, and establishing rewards and sanctions for performance and compliance.

2.2 These Rules are intended to ensure high-quality services, promote efficient workflows, and maintain a professional and safe environment for Customers and Coaches.

3. ACCESS TO PLATFORM

3.1 Coaches shall:

  • 1. Submit a valid identification document through the Platform;
  • 2. Provide accurate information when filling in the “Become a Booster” form;
  • 3. Verify personal information and gaming experience via Discord or other messenger when requested;
  • 4. Accept these Rules during the registration.

3.2 BoostMatch shall:

  • 1. Review and evaluate Coach applications within seven (7) days from receipt;
  • 2. Objectively assess applications and provide fair feedback;
  • 3. Provide a supportive onboarding process to enable a smooth start.

4. GETTING STARTED

4.1 New Coaches receive a status with limited Auction Access: “Novice” status.

4.2 Upon successful completion of five (5) Orders in accordance with these Rules and the Terms, Coaches may receive Verified status with full Auction Access.

4.3 Coaches may contact their Account Manager for any clarification regarding procedures or expectations.

5. PLATFORM PRINCIPLES

5.1 Coaches agree to:

  1. enable notifications for telegram, discord, and email;
  2. meet all Order deadlines and begin Orders promptly (within twelve (12) hours of receipt, or immediately for “express” orders);
  3. review all Order details and Account Manager instructions before starting work on an Order;
  4. maintain polite, professional communication with Account Managers and Customers;
  5. handle only one express Order at a time.

6. EXECUTION OF ORDERS

Coaches must:

  1. Notify the Account Manager fifteen-twenty (15–20) minutes before each session;
  2. Take a screenshot of the Customer’s character and inventory on first login;
  3. Provide progress updates upon Customer’s request;
  4. Report discrepancies or issues to the Account Manager immediately;
  5. Use intercom chat (managed by the Account Manager) for all communications in Selfplay Orders — direct contact or friend requests are strictly prohibited;
  6. Provide streaming links when requested and notify Account Manager when sessions start;
  7. Use a VPN for Account Share Orders;
  8. Notify the Account Manager when the session is complete and upload a completion screenshot showing character name, inventory, and items obtained.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Coaches must not:

  1. Use cheats, bugs, or third-party programs that may result in ban of Customer’s accounts;
  2. Contact Customers outside the Platform or exchange personal data without prior Account Manager approval;
  3. Disclose Customer information, including but not limited, account data, personal information, to any third parties other than the Account Manager;
  4. Discuss personal matters, pricing, or payment details with Customers;
  5. Alter Customer inventory or currency without authorization and rollback tools;
  6. Subcontract Orders to third parties without prior written authorization;
  7. Use in chat any scripts except for Latin, or use Add-Ons that trigger notifications in any script except Latin.

8. REWARDS AND SANCTIONS

8.1 If a Coach violates these Rules or any other applicable terms, BoostMatch may, at its sole discretion, impose one or more of the following measures:

  1. Disciplinary Measures such as warning, suspension or permanent blocking of the Account; or
  2. Retention of remuneration in case of cancellation of an Order, as provided for in the General Terms and Conditions.

8.2 In recognition of excellent performance, dedication bonuses, priority access to Orders, and other incentives may be awarded at the sole discretion of BoostMatch to Coaches who consistently meet quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.

9. AMENDMENTS

BoostMatch reserves the right to update these Rules. Coaches will be notified at least one (1) day before the changes take effect through the Platform. Coaches are responsible for reviewing announcements and remaining informed by subscribing to official communication channels.
