WoW 12.0.7 Naigtal & Val Guide
The WoW Classic Plus leaks are piling up and Blizzard is still silent. Here's everything that's allegedly coming: Infinite Classic, a new class, paid
The concept is straightforward enough to explain to someone who has never touched a game: take the original World of Warcraft: the 2004 version, the one with the slow leveling and the mandatory social interactions: and instead of re-releasing old expansions one by one forever, build new content that fits that world. New zones. New raids. New systems. Same skeleton, new flesh. The community has been begging for this since the moment WoW Classic launched in 2019, and Blizzard has spent six years pretending not to hear them.
The closest working comparison is Old School RuneScape, which took a decade-old game, kept the soul intact, and just kept adding content that respected the original design. Blizzard has watched that succeed for years and is now, apparently, considering doing the same thing. Progress.
The project goes by two names depending on which leak you believe: WoW Classic Plus is the fan term; Infinite Classic is the internal name that keeps appearing in unconfirmed documents. Both refer to the same idea. Neither has been officially confirmed. Blizzard's 2025 year-in-review did include the phrase "cooking on the long-term future of WoW Classic" followed by a row of plus signs, which is not subtle, but is also not an announcement.
Reality check: Everything in this guide originates from 4chan posts, leaked surveys, and streamer travel logs. Treat it accordingly: fascinating, probably directionally correct, and entirely deniable until BlizzCon proves otherwise.
The October 2025 4chan post: cross-referenced with a separately leaked Blizzard survey: describes a WoW Classic Plus release date window of sometime after a BlizzCon 2026 announcement, with a possible 2027 launch. Blizzard has confirmed none of this. Here is what the documents allege, sorted by how much of a hallucination each item appears to be.

Of everything in the leak package, the Spellblade class WoW Classic is the most argued-over. A new class in Classic is architecturally complicated: Classic's entire identity is built on a roster frozen in 2004. Adding something new either breaks that identity or redefines it, neither of which is a small decision.
Any honest conversation about Infinite Classic WoW has to include Titan Reforged: the server that proves everything Classic Plus claims to want is already technically possible. Blizzard launched it in China in November 2025 through their NetEase partnership. It merges Vanilla, The Burning Crusade, and Wrath of the Lich King into a single level-80 experience. Raids are rescaled to 25-man. Account-wide progression. Legendary weapons that upgrade over time. The entire thing runs as an indefinitely live server rather than a seasonal event.
It has been wildly popular. Players in the West have been loudly requesting access. Blizzard has not responded. The argument that adapting this model for US and EU servers would be "relatively straightforward" has been made repeatedly by people who understand the technology involved: and ignored equally repeatedly by people who control the business decisions.
Titan Reforged's existence is simultaneously the strongest argument for why WoW Classic Plus BlizzCon 2026 is inevitable and the most infuriating proof that Blizzard already has the answer and is choosing to withhold it for reasons that remain opaque.
The monetization structure described in the leaks is where things get genuinely interesting, in the same way that a car fire is interesting. The model allegedly works like this: you pay your standard WoW monthly subscription. Then, to access the latest seasonal content in Classic Plus, you pay an additional seasonal pass fee. Content from more than a year ago becomes part of the base subscription. New content requires the premium tier.
This is the WoW Classic battle pass model, and it is borrowed almost directly from Diablo 4's seasonal structure, which Blizzard has already proven the playerbase will accept. The Classic community, which is largely composed of people who chose Classic specifically to escape retail WoW's monetization layers, has received this particular rumor with predictable enthusiasm.
Historical note: The same community that declared "we will never accept paid character transfers" accepted paid character transfers. Outrage cycles in this playerbase last approximately two weeks.
The removal of the WoW Token in Classic Plus: also alleged in the leaks: would be a counter-move that removes one gold-buying mechanism while adding a direct payment layer. Whether that represents a net win for the economy or just a different extraction method is left as an exercise for the reader.
Separate from the 4chan document, a leaked Blizzard internal survey: marked confidential, naturally: asked players to rate potential Classic Plus features. The results are useful as a temperature check on what the community will and will not accept. Responses that generated strong positive reactions:
Features that generated cold silence or active hostility:
The survey also asked what players planned to play after MoP Classic concluded: Classic Era, retail, a frozen MoP realm, or Classic Plus. The implicit acknowledgment that Classic Plus is a real option, in a Blizzard document, is the closest thing to an official confirmation that exists. They will deny that interpretation.
The WoW Classic Plus announcement pipeline, assuming it exists, looks something like this: Blizzard finishes MoP Classic around late May 2026, eliminating the current primary content focus. TBC Anniversary is on a compressed schedule targeting late autumn. That leaves a clean window pointing directly at BlizzCon September 2026 as the logical reveal stage. The creator NDA summit in early May 2026 typically precedes announcements by weeks, not months.
Three channels to monitor when the NDAs lift: Xaryu, Sodapoppin, and Esfand. When those channels start uploading suddenly and simultaneously, the reveal has begun. Everything else is noise.
The broader question: whether the final product will resemble anything in these leaks: is unknowable. Blizzard surveys do not equal shipped features. 4chan posts are not design documents. The gap between what players voted for and what Blizzard actually builds has historically been wide enough to park a raid boss in.
That said: the creator summit happened. The plus signs in the year-in-review post happened. Titan Reforged exists and proved the model works. Something is coming. WoW Classic Plus news 2026 will arrive before the year ends. What it looks like is the only remaining question.

No. Blizzard has teased the "long-term future of Classic" but announced nothing. All current detail is leaked, unverified, and deniable.
Leaks claim yes: a Diablo 4-style seasonal fee on top of the existing subscription. Blizzard has not confirmed or denied this model.
A leaked mail-wearing hybrid class with Tank, Healer, and DPS specs. Multiple analysts consider it unlikely. No official mention exists from Blizzard.
Leak documents suggest a BlizzCon 2026 reveal with a 2027 launch window. No official date exists. Treat all timelines accordingly.
A China-exclusive server merging Vanilla, TBC, and Wrath into one live endgame. It proves the Classic Plus model already works. Western players cannot access it.
