SWTOR Wreckage on Dantooine Daily Area Guide (Update 7.9)
SWTOR Sith Warrior armor guide is live. Top 10 sets ranked by looks and grind cost: from Dromund Kaas vendors to Iokath reputation. Find yours...

The SWTOR Outfit Designer (Outfitter) lets you wear any look without sacrificing your actual gear stats. There is no excuse for looking terrible. Use it. Every set below works on any class, any faction: unless noted otherwise. Red-black dye modules are crafted by Artificers and remain the definitive color choice for everything on this list.
Deep blood-red. Looks different on male vs. female characters: females show midriff, males get sleeves and wrappings. The Ablaze of Lacqerous variant is all black and craftable by Synthweavers who have the schematic, or findable on the GTN.
HOW: Legacy vendors on Dromund Kaas: ~100,000 credits per piece
Based on Darth Malgus as he appears in the later expansions and the Deceived cinematic: a man held together by rage, synthetics, and bad decisions. The playable version wisely omits the missing sleeve. If you prefer the classic look, Darth Malgus's Armor Set replicates the original cinematic appearance with updated textures. The Reborn version runs ~2,100 Cartel Coins or around 160 million credits on the GTN: the most expensive way to cosplay someone who lost a fight.
HOW: Cartel Market direct purchase or GTN
Originally concept art for a Jedi Hunter during the Knights of the Fallen Empire era. Matte black, heavy on detail. Fair warning: when you draw your weapon, a hunter droid appears beside you. You either love that or you don't. The Dark Marauder set is the cloth-heavier cousin, also all-black, with a color-gradient cape that reacts beautifully to dyes.
HOW: Cartel Market or GTN: check current market pricing
Legacy-bound and uncommon. The mask alone justifies the grind. Earned via the Seeker Droid: dig up hidden caches across multiple planets until you assemble the full set. It used to be a nightmare. These days, knowing the locations makes it manageable. The Charged Hypercloth Aegis is an easier red-black alternative crafted by Synthweavers at level 520 or buyable on the GTN.
HOW: Seeker Droid planetary excavation: legacy bound, no GTN transfer
Cybernetics bolted onto raw fury: exactly what a Sith Warrior would choose if their judgment were as bad as their fashion sense is good. Black and red color scheme. Two similar variants also exist at the operations vendor for level 80 players: Imperial Seeker Lumi Bulwark and Revan's Bulwark.
HOW: 3,500 Tech Fragments + 500,000 credits per piece: cosmetic vendor, Fleet supply section
Modeled after Darth Maul's look in the animated series. Comes with cybernetic legs and a metal crown mimicking Zabrak facial spikes. It is the rare cosmetic set that commits to its bit completely. The Jedi Warrior set is a looser interpretation of ancient Jedi aesthetics: mentioned here only because it shares the silhouette.
HOW: Cartel Market or GTN
Wires across the chest. Red muscles along the jawline. A cybernetic metal skull for a head. This set does not negotiate. Hard to find on the GTN: people who own it tend to keep it. The Hypercloth Force Expert set shares the exact same shape in a different color and is craftable by Synthweavers at level 420, so that's your fallback.
HOW: GTN (rare): Hypercloth Force Expert alternative: Synthweaving level 420
Designed specifically for the Warrior class. The visual blend of Darth Acina's red robes with Darth Marr's signature spikes makes this feel like lore-accurate prestige gear rather than a cosmetic cash-grab. Brute force and maneuverability in one silhouette: the kind of armor that belongs on a character who has killed everyone who ever called them overdressed.
HOW: Cartel Market (full set) or GTN (individual pieces)
Light-absorbing black with glowing red panels. Imperial characters only. The lights are technically magenta and do not dye: live with it or don't. Rare in the wild because reaching Hero rank with Iokath requires grinding the daily area, switching factions at the Troop Deployment Console, and accumulating Iokath Power Shards over time. Total cost: 770 Iokath Power Shards + 770,000 credits for the full set. The Reconstructed Apprentice set is a comparable option with a glowing red helmet and matte black harness, available via GTN.
HOW: Iokath reputation vendor: requires Hero rank (Imperial side). Daily missions, 7 random per day.
The undisputed community favorite. Has been since release and remains so today: a rare case of the popular choice actually being correct. Clean lines, no gimmicks, and it takes red-black dye better than anything else on this list. Wearable by any class, any faction, any level. The benchmark every other Sith Warrior cosmetic gets measured against and mostly fails to clear.
HOW: Cartel Market or GTN: check current GTN pricing; varies by server economy
Every set. One glance. No excuses for not knowing where to look.

The SWTOR Outfit Designer (accessed via the Outfitter tab) decouples your visual appearance from your combat stats entirely. You equip your BiS gear for the numbers; the Outfitter handles the aesthetics. They do not interfere with each other.

Yes: almost all sets on this list are usable by any class on either faction. The Iokath Annihilator is the sole Imperial-only exception.
Most are purely cosmetic. Use the Outfit Designer: your actual gear handles stats, appearance is separate.
Marauder's Renowned from the Legacy vendor on Dromund Kaas: 100,000 credits per piece, no grind required.
Resilient Warden, universally. Red-black dye module transforms it into the definitive Sith Warrior appearance.
