SWTOR Conquest Commendations Farm Guide 2026 [Level 80]

Conquest Commendations are SWTOR's entry-level endgame currency. You need them to buy the Noble Decurion gear set: the first wearable thing you'll touch at level 80 that isn't embarrassing. 200 of them gets you a full green 324 set. A little over 250,000 credits buys the dignity of not dying to a trash mob.

They are not the best currency. They will not make you the most powerful being in the galaxy. They are the on-ramp. Consider them a toll road you cannot avoid, staffed by a droid that wants you to run dailies forever.

Currency check: Open your inventory → Currency tab. If the number is above 4,000: congratulations, you hit the cap and all your farming effort is going into the void.

Fastest Farming Methods

The most efficient path to Conquest Commendations farming is a combination of completing your weekly personal Conquest (200 per character) and chain-running Daily Areas and Heroic Missions on the side. Pick your poison.

The three fastest daily areas for SWTOR daily area commendations are CZ-198, Black Hole, and Ziost: compact maps, minimal running, done before your coffee gets cold. Each daily yields 3 commendations. Each weekly yields 50. Do the math. Do it again. Now stop staring and go run them.

Here is the single most powerful thing you can do: own multiple level 80 characters. SWTOR alt farming commendations is not optional if you want volume: it is the strategy. Each character can complete personal Conquest once per week for 200 commendations. Five characters, one week: 1,000 commendations. Congratulations, you now have a spreadsheet problem.

Hard cap: You can earn up to 6,000 commendations per week but hold only 4,000 at once. Hoard past the cap and BioWare will personally delete your effort. Spend before you farm more.

Efficient Alt Rotation

• Log each alt, accept Daily Area weeklies from the Activities panel (Solo tab).
• Complete Conquest on up to 5 characters weekly for 200 each.
• Stack CZ-198 + Black Hole weeklies on every alt: 50 commendations each, both are fast enough that excuses are embarrassing.
• Even a level 1 companion in healer mode is sufficient. There is no dignity floor here.

Hitting 100,000 Conquest Points Efficiently

To unlock the 200-commendation personal Conquest reward, you need 100,000 Conquest points per character per week. This sounds like a lot. It is not. The game would prefer you to think it's a journey. It is a Tuesday.

Fastest solo paths to 100k points

• 4–5 Daily Area Patrols (Ziost, Yavin IV, CZ-198, Black Hole, Onderon, Ossus): each worth 18,000–32,000 points. Done in under an hour.
• Uprisings: Story Weekly: 87,750 points from 3 runs of Fractured. About 10 minutes per run. Bleak, repetitive, effective.
• Dynamic Encounters on Tatooine: 82,000 points for 15 completions. Group-friendly but easy to find others doing the same.
• World Bosses (Dromund Kaas / Coruscant): 36,000 points. Under 5 minutes. One of the few time-to-points ratios that doesn't make you question your choices.

Stronghold bonus: Unlock and purchase rooms in at least 8 strongholds to activate a 150% Conquest bonus. You do not need to decorate. Decorating is for people who have already won.

What to Actually Spend Them On

The Noble Decurion gear set at item rating 324 costs exactly 200 commendations plus ~250,000 credits. Buy the full set first. After that, upgrade your earpiece from 324 to 340 step-by-step: each step costs 15–25 commendations plus credits and requires the previous piece. Do not upgrade the full set. That path leads to bankruptcy and regret.

Priority Spend Order

1. Full 324 Noble Decurion set: 200 commendations, done.
2. Earpiece upgrades to 336 (PvP) or 340 (PvE).
3. Optional: Relics and implants if you have surplus before replacing with Legendary Implants.
4. Convert excess commendations to FP-1 Stabilizers via the currency exchange vendor for faster gear progression.

Do not upgrade the entire 324 set. Spend only on pieces you cannot replace faster through Flashpoints or the next gear tier. BioWare knows what they're doing. It's a trap.

Once you have a functional gear baseline, surplus commendations convert into FP-1 Stabilizers: the blue Flashpoint currency: which accelerates the next gearing tier. This is also how people eventually reach the OP-1 Catalyst endgame, which is where the real suffering begins.
