Diablo 4 Season 13 has a working infinite dungeon reset exploit. Farm Treasure Breach goblins endlessly via War Plans. Here's the complete guide befor
Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred goblin farming was handed to you on a silver platter with Season 13's War Plans system. The exploit works because War Plans provide free Nightmare Dungeon keys with a locked affix: and that affix doesn't disappear when you reset the dungeon. Blizzard designed an infinite loot machine, then seemed surprised people found it.
Clear the dungeon. Don't kill the boss. Teleport to Infernal Hordes. Get booted back. Try again. Eventually the dungeon resets completely: goblins, mobs, everything: while your Nightmare Sigil affix stays intact. Repeat until your inventory screams.
Blizzard partially patched an earlier version of this in patch 3.0.0. The War Plans variant survived. Enjoy it with the quiet dignity of someone exploiting a AAA company's oversight.
The Nightmare Dungeon activity skill tree governs goblin synergies. Prioritize the right branch first, then left. Four points left, three right is a reasonable spread once fully invested to D4 services.

The Treasure Breach affix Nightmare Dungeon is the holy grail: it fills the dungeon with Treasure Goblins on spawn. Getting it requires either rolling it on a Sigil (rare, under 1%) or having Goblinfall proc it from a goblin kill. The affix persists across resets, logouts, and dungeon changes until you complete the run by killing the boss. So: never kill the boss.
Don't have Treasure Breach? The exploit still works with other strong affixes. Here's what's worth farming infinitely and what isn't:

The Diablo 4 Season 13 dungeon reset exploit hinges on a specific interaction between Nightmare Dungeon state and the Infernal Hordes teleport. Follow D4 seasonal offers exactly.
If the dungeon resets but your affix is gone: you accidentally completed the dungeon (killed the boss, or the game decided you did). The Sigil is consumed. Time to find a new key.
Beyond regular loot, this loop is one of the best sources for Mythic Seal farming Diablo 4. Escalation Sigils (the purple-text versions of dungeon keys) have an elevated drop rate here compared to standard play.
If Seals aren't dropping: craft them at the Occultist using Seal Powder. Running a group of four? Everyone attempts to craft simultaneously. One of you will eventually hit a Mythic Seal. Use that single key across the full infinite reset loop: one key, infinite runs.
The Gelatinous Goblin variant: which splits into smaller goblins when killed under Shrine buffs, then respawns them: is a documented separate method that scales exponentially. Shrine timing matters. More than 399 goblins at once and the game begins losing your loot. Choose your ambitions wisely.
With a standard War Plans Nightmare Dungeon infinite farm loop on Treasure Breach, a single session yields: hundreds of Unique items, Mythic drops if running an Escalation Sigil, massive stacks of Runes, Obols, crafting materials, and gold. The Goblin's Retreat portal: accessible via Greed is Good: is a bonus dungeon of nothing but Treasure Goblins. It's exactly what it sounds like.
Without Treasure Breach, Gold Reserve is the most consistent affix for raw currency. Running it in a loop easily surpasses Helltide gold income and compounds quickly if you're also investing in Horadric Cube crafting.
A secret area accessible via the Greed is Good node proc. Goblin's Retreat portal Diablo 4 is not guaranteed: the spawn chance is low: but with enough resets it appears regularly. Inside: nothing but goblins. No combat complexity. Just efficient, soulless resource extraction.
Patch 3.0.0 (May 13) addressed an earlier version that used party leader swapping to reset dungeon phases: which had resulted in players running full Mythic-slotted characters faster than Blizzard intended. The War Plans affix persistence method survived 3.0.0 and 3.0.2. The gold-farming variant via Seals remained unpatched Diablo 4 exploit as of the most recent hotfix.
Blizzard has not announced enforcement action for this exploit. Blizzard has also not fixed it. Draw your own conclusions about whether they're aware, unbothered, or simply understaffed. Use at your own risk: which, historically for Diablo exploits, means "use it freely until it vanishes without warning."

No. Any War Plans dungeon affix works. Treasure Breach just makes the loop obscenely more rewarding.
The dungeon completes, the Sigil is consumed, and your affix is gone. You start over hunting a new key.
Two to ten. Sometimes more. Kill a few remaining mobs if stuck; it appears to affect proc chances.
Yes. One player's key can sustain the full loop for the entire party. One Mythic Seal, endless runs.
