Warframe Prime Parts Farming Guide: Relics & Fissures
Week 9 Incarnons are live: Stug, Vectis, Ballistica, Destreza, Obex get Genesis upgrades. Available now in Steel Path Circuit and Cavalero's...
It is a small adapter that transforms a weapon most of you abandoned years ago into something that can actually kill things on Steel Path. The Incarnon Genesis does not care about your nostalgia. It installs a secondary form, unlocks evolution perks, and demands you play with the weapon until you deserve the upgrades. You earn them. Slowly.
Week 9 introduces five new Incarnon Genesis adapters, officially expanding the Incarnon rotation from 8 to 9 weeks. Miss this week, wait two full months. That is the game's way of saying it respects your time, which is a lie.
Before you do anything: you need The Duviri Paradox completed and Steel Path unlocked. Without those, this page is a fantasy. The Steel Path Circuit is the only legitimate farm route, with Platinum purchase from Cavalero as the wallet alternative.
Per run you choose two adapters from five weekly options. Pathos Clamps drop from the Orowyrm fight and Undercroft portals. One full Duviri cycle is usually enough for a single installation. Plan accordingly.
These are not new weapons. They are old weapons getting a second chance they may or may not deserve. Here is exactly what the Incarnon form does to each of them.
The first sniper rifle to receive an Incarnon Genesis. In transformed form it fires slowing projectiles that detonate on headshots. Activate by pressing Alt Fire while unscoped. Vectis Prime was an Eidolon-hunting staple in 2018. That era is over, but the Incarnon form might make it relevant again outside of nostalgia builds.
Verdict: High ceiling. Sniper Incarnon is untested territory.
Yes, the Stug. Widely considered one of the weakest weapons in the game. Its Incarnon form unleashes a chaotic stream of bouncing corrosive blobs. The community comparison to Torid Incarnon is not ironic anymore. Stug going meta would be the most on-brand thing Warframe has done in years.
Verdict: Could be the new Torid. Could be nothing. Farm it regardless.
The Ballistica fires cross-shaped projectiles in Incarnon form with high Slash damage. Base Ballistica can also turn charged-shot kills into spectral allies for 7 seconds, a mechanic the Incarnon form may lean into. Four base multishot gives it mathematical potential that is not shared by most secondary Incarnons in the current meta.
Verdict: Slash-heavy secondary with sleeper potential. Respect it.
Heavy Attacks summon ghostly rapiers that fly out at enemies. Heavy Attack kills grant bonus Puncture damage. Destreza Prime already has 32% base crit chance and a 3x multiplier. With an Incarnon on top of that, Blast procs from the slam attack become a realistic build axis. Not glamorous. Functional.
Verdict: Puncture-Blast hybrid. Probably solid, definitely unsexy.
Each Finisher strike triggers a large radial attack in Incarnon form. Prisma Obex already carries base Electricity on heavy slams, making it a natural Melee Influence candidate. Range is its only problem at 1.25 meters. If the Genesis addresses that, this becomes a Melee Influence machine you punch people with at point blank and watch the whole room catch fire.
Verdict: Third sparring Incarnon. Range fix = meta. No fix = situational.

The Incarnon form does not replace the need to actually mod your weapon. Any Incarnon Genesis is useless on an unmodded weapon. Before you touch Evolutions, sort the base build. For Steel Path, the standard damage equation applies: Viral or Corrosive status, a hard-hitting elemental combo for the faction, crit mods where the stats justify it.
Evolution perks respec for free via Cavalero or the Arsenal. You are not locked in. Test them in the Simulacrum, not in a 60-minute survival where you realize at minute 45 that you chose the wrong perk.
Use Prime, Vandal, Wraith or Prisma variants where available. Installing a Genesis on a base weapon you will replace later is a waste of 20 Pathos Clamps and your evening. The Incarnon Genesis transfers nothing. It stays on the weapon you install it on.
These five weapons form Week 9 of the Incarnon rotation. The rotation resets every Monday. With 9 weeks in the cycle, a missed adapter returns in approximately 9 weeks. That is roughly two months of waiting for something you wanted last week. The game knows what it is doing.
Cavalero's Incarnon Market in the Chrysalith also sells adapters for Platinum when they are active in the current week's rotation. This option includes installation resources, so you skip the Duviri grind at the cost of your actual money.
Evolutions unlock at 4 tiers. Installing the Genesis counts as the first challenge. The remaining three require in-mission objectives specific to each weapon. Track progress in your Arsenal.
The Vectis won a community vote at Devstream 194 on the PAX East stage, beating the Tigris in a live audience poll. The Tigris Incarnon is confirmed to come later. These five weapons ship together as a batch of five, which is the consistent pattern for all Genesis releases since the system launched.
In 2026, only one Incarnon was released all year. In 2026, the cadence accelerated. Week 9 is proof the system is not done expanding. Warframe Incarnon weapons remain the most reliable method of turning old, forgotten arsenal entries into Steel Path-capable tools without requiring new crafting queues or MR gates.

Yes. Steel Path Circuit is the only free farm route. No Steel Path, no adapters. Platinum buys them from Cavalero during active rotation weeks.
Yes. Any eligible variant works. Use the strongest version you plan to keep. Wasting Pathos Clamps on a base you will sell is a personal problem.
Every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Week 9 runs in rotation now. Miss it and wait roughly 9 weeks for it to return.
Yes. Cavalero and the Arsenal both allow free respec at any time. No resources spent, no penalty.
