You finished The New War. The game patted you on the head and said "now it's real." What it meant: you now have a weekly to-do list, an upgrade system glued to a sentient digestive tract, and a currency called Bile. Congratulations. The Warframe endgame progression loop is not a mystery: it's a chore rotation. The sooner you accept that, the faster you build good things.
This guide covers everything that matters: Archon Hunts for guaranteed shards, Netracells for volume, Deep Archimedea for punishment with prizes, and the Archon Shard system that glues all of it together. Weekly. Forever.
Archon Shards slot into your Warframe via the Helminth chair and provide permanent stat bonuses. Each frame holds five. You chose this life when you installed the Helminth. Unlock shard-socketing by completing Veilbreaker and crafting the Helminth Archon Shard Segment.

Unsocketing a shard costs 15% Bile (30% for Tauforged). Install shards with intent. "I'll fix it later" is how people lose Bile.
A Tauforged Archon Shard provides 1.5x the bonus of a normal shard. They are rarer. You will want them. You will not always get them. The base drop rate from Archon Hunts is 20%, but each failed attempt adds 20%: making your effective odds across the system roughly 39.83%. This pity mechanic does not carry over to Netracells or Deep Archimedea.

Can't find the shard color you need? The Helminth Coalescent Segment (Cavia Rank 2, 30,000 Standing) lets you fuse two shards together. This is permanent and costs 50 Stela per fusion. Ascent Fusion converts three same-color shards into one Tauforged at 100 Stela. Think before you confirm. The game makes you type CONFIRM. It knows you.

Three missions. One guaranteed shard. Resets Monday 00:00 UTC. The weekly Archon Hunt is your most reliable shard source: you play it once, get the shard, and the week has already paid out. Everything else is optional suffering.
Enemies start at level 130, hit like buses, and have double armor and shields. No self-revives. If you go down, a teammate picks you up or you abort. Bring a real build, not your leveling loadout from Sedna.

Spec your weapons for the weekly Archon's weakness. Radiation and Slash do heavy work across the rotation. Primary Deadhead and Secondary Deadhead arcanes are how you actually kill these things without running out of ammo.
Squad-wide buffs: health regen via Vitality mote, fire rate via Haste. Solid pick for public squads where everyone is pretending to have a plan.
Electric Shield buffs projectile crit and damage. With Shock Trooper + Roar (Helminth), all four abilities buff damage. Outclasses Rhino in coordinated runs.
Squad-wide invisibility. Theoretically infinite scaling. Requires players who know how to dance, which is its own filter.
Netracells are repeatable weekly missions in Albrecht's Laboratories on Deimos. Complete the Whispers in the Walls quest first, then talk to Tagfer in the Sanctum Anatomica. You get 5 Search Pulses per week, shared with Deep Archimedea, reset Monday 00:00 UTC.
Unlike the Archon Hunt, shard drops here are not guaranteed: but you can run them multiple times. The Netracell farm is volume play. Normal and Tauforged shards both drop. Tauforged is rare. Expect disappointment at a statistically consistent rate.
Tauforged pity tracking does NOT apply to Netracells. Your suffering here is unmitigated and untracked by the system.
Deep Archimedea is the weekly activity that exists to make you question your build. Three missions, consecutive, no loadout changes mid-run. Costs 2 Search Pulses. Requires Cavia Rank 5 (Illuminate). If your squad dies three times, all future rewards for that run are forfeit. Start over.
This is not a casual activity. The base difficulty starts at Level 250. Elite Archimedea difficulty starts at Level 375. The Murmur's feelings about your presence are not warm.
Rewards scale with Research Points earned by enabling Mission Parameters (opt-in difficulty modifiers). More pain, more loot. The math is clear.

Run Adaptation, Quick Thinking, and Rolling Guard. Crowd control (Saryn's Spores, Vauban's Vortex, Mag's Pull) extends your survival window. Vazarin Focus school's Mending Soul ability is the best friend your downed teammate never asked for.
