Diablo 4 Rabies Lacerate Druid Build Guide
Season 14 hits June 30, 2026. New rifts, reworked Mythics, Solo Self-Found mode, and a boss Diablo 3 vets will recognize…
Diablo 4 Season 14 release date is June 30, 2026. That's when Season 13: Season of Reckoning ends and your progress gets dumped into the Eternal Realm, where it will sit unplayed until the heat death of the universe.
Season 13 ends July 20, 2026 per in-client timer. Some sources put S14 launch at June 30 based on Reliquary data. Blizzard has not issued a standalone confirmation yet. Expect it three weeks before launch.
The PTR for Season 14 ran June 2–9, 2026 on PC via Battle.net. If you missed it, congratulations: you avoided reading twelve contradictory Reddit threads about whether Mythics are ruined.

Season 12's 48-day run exists because Blizzard needed a placeholder before the Lord of Hatred expansion launched April 28, 2026. That's not a season, it's a loading screen with loot. The average season runs 80–90 days: Blizzard has been consistent about this when expansion launches don't interfere.
Season 14, officially Season of Death Awakening, is what happens when Blizzard spends a PTR fixing things Season 13 broke. Tower 150 clears in under a minute and six-Greater-Affix items were not exactly the intended endgame experience. Whether 3.1.0 solves this or creates new problems is a question the community is loudly divided on.
Rifts appear across the open world and in Hell Tides. Kill the guardians, keep the event active by murdering everything inside the circle, collect escalating rewards. Complete a Rupture and you might summon a Realmwalker, which opens a portal to a new one-room dungeon called the Deathtoll Chamber. Blizzard is calling this "making the open world matter again." Whether it succeeds or becomes another abandoned system by week three is your problem.
"Mythic" is no longer a separate item tier: it's a quality modifier that can apply to any Unique. Old Mythics like The Grandfather get demoted to regular Uniques with substantially reduced power. New Mythics roll max affixes plus a 30% bonus. You can equip as many dropped Mythics as you find, but only one crafted per character. The forums are split: half the playerbase calls this brilliant, the other half is grieving their Grandfather.
The Solo Self-Found mode D4 players have requested since launch finally arrives. No trading. No Party Finder. No asking a stranger to carry you through Torment VIII. SSF characters share a separate stash and Paragon Points with other SSF characters on your account. They compete on their own leaderboard, which is the only fair way to do it. Available on both Normal and Hardcore: because apparently some people enjoy suffering on purpose.
A new Lair Boss: a corrupted angel Reaper, recognizable to Diablo 3 veterans and terrifying to everyone else. Located in Zarbinzet. Requires Torment 1+. Drops a Betrayer's Husk to open its Hoard. Will either become the best farm in the game or a key sink everyone avoids by week four. History suggests the latter.

In Diablo 4 Season 13, the "old" classes dominate. Paladin and Warlock: the two classes added in Lord of Hatred: are underperforming badly. Season 14 includes class tuning passes, but the PTR community is split on whether they're sufficient. SSF mode will expose these imbalances more harshly than standard seasonal play, because you can't trade your way out of a weak class.

Season 15 does not have a name, release date, or any announced content as of June 2026. Based on the typical 80–90 day cadence and Season 14 launching around late June or early July, Season 15 would arrive somewhere in late September or October 2026. Blizzard announces seasons roughly three to four weeks before launch, so you have time to finish your current grind before panicking.
If you're searching for Diablo 4 Season 15 release date right now, you're either very organized or very impatient. Either way, bookmark this and come back in August.

Around June 30 or July 20, 2026. Blizzard's in-game timer and PTR schedule both point to late June or early July.
Season of Death Awakening. Blizzard skipped assigning a deep seasonal theme; the expansion content is carrying the narrative weight.
They became regular Uniques with reduced power. "Mythic" is now a quality modifier, not a separate tier. Your Grandfather is dead again.
Yes. Since Season 7, seasonal content requires Vessel of Hatred. Lord of Hatred gating follows the same pattern for its own exclusive Season Rank objectives.
No date confirmed. Expect an announcement in late August or September 2026 based on standard cadence. Check back then.
