Season 12 broke Seeds of Hatred farming wide open. One solo Ceremony of Slaughter run now nets 200,000+ seeds. Here is how to finally collect every Pv

So you want every PvP cosmetic in the game. Congratulations on choosing the single activity in Diablo 4 designed to make you question your life choices. Fortunately, Season 12 has introduced a method so efficient it almost feels like Blizzard forgot to patch it out. Almost.
Before you touch a single Fields of Hatred zone, go into your settings and disable cross-network play. Do it now. Not after you arrive, not "in a moment," right now. If you skip this step, you will enter the Ceremony of Slaughter event, spend three minutes murdering bosses, and watch a pack of players descend on your extraction like flies on a corpse to steal every Seeds of Hatred you just bled for. With cross-network disabled and solo play active, the zone belongs to you, and you are the apex predator of an entirely empty ecosystem. Savor it.
The Ceremony of Slaughter is a PvP event that spawns in the Fields of Hatred every 25-30 minutes. Find one about to begin, park yourself next to the Butcher statue, and wait. The event is split into three consecutive objectives, each lasting 60 seconds. You do not care about all three equally. You care about one.
The objective you need is "Slay": announced with the unmistakable voice of the Butcher screaming directly into your ear. When "Slay" is active, nightmare dungeon-tier bosses begin spawning in enormous quantities. Every single one of them drops a significant pile of Seeds of Hatred. Playing solo, you can feasibly kill 100+ bosses in a single wave. That single wave is worth over 200,000 seeds. In the history of this game, no method has produced this kind of output this fast. Do this at Torment IV specifically, because you are not just here to get rich in virtual blood currency: you are also completing a seasonal objective, and Torment IV is a requirement for it.

When all three event objectives conclude, a Butcher's Idol spawns for the player who accumulated the most kills. Do not pick it up. Leave it on the ground. Walk away. The Idol transforms you into the Butcher, which in Season 12 is the only way another player can attack and rob you of your Seeds of Hatred: because Marked for Blood has been disabled in PvP zones this season. The Idol is a glowing trap designed to make you feel powerful immediately before making you a legitimate murder target. Resist the temptation.
With 200,000+ seeds sitting in your pocket like a ticking clock, sprint to the nearest Altar of Extraction. Interact with it to begin the Ritual of Hatred, a 60-second ritual during which you must survive within a small radius of the altar. Leave the radius and the ritual resets. Die and you drop everything.
Since you disabled cross-network play and Marked for Blood is unavailable this season, "surviving" mostly means standing there watching low-level demons fail to scratch your armor. The seeds purify into Red Dust, which unlike seeds cannot be stolen and does not drop on death. Red Dust is now yours permanently. Breathe.

By completing the extraction at Torment IV and purifying 66,666 Seeds of Hatred, you satisfy the seasonal objective called Purified Hatred. Given that a single Ceremony of Slaughter run produces over 200,000 seeds, you will complete this requirement approximately three times over before you even realize you have done it. Efficiency, apparently, is still legal in this game.
The cosmetics you are actually here for are sold by vendors in the PvP hub towns Alzuuda (Dry Steppes) and Denshar (Kehjistan). Different vendors sell different categories of items, including mounts, mount trophies, and mount armor. The most expensive items in the entire PvP vendor rotation are the two premium mount armors:
The remaining PvP mount armors (Brutal Wizard's Barding, Cruel Assassin's Barding, Dark Knight's Barding) sit at 40,000 Red Dust each. Do the math: one or two Ceremony of Slaughter runs and you can afford basically everything in the shop, provided you keep your hands off that Idol.
For a complete tracker of every PvP cosmetic you have and have not yet collected, use diablo4.dad and filter by PvP. It is the only way to know exactly how much more suffering you have ahead of you.
Do this in order. Any deviation is your own problem.

Other players will swarm your extraction ritual, kill you, and take everything. Solo play removes that problem entirely.
It works on all Torment levels, but Torment IV maximizes seeds dropped and satisfies the seasonal objective requirement.
You become the Butcher, which makes you a valid kill target, the only way to lose seeds this season.
Roughly two to four focused runs should cover the full PvP cosmetic catalog at current vendor prices.
Use diablo4.dad, filter by PvP, and stare at everything you do not yet own.
