CoD Season 3 Reloaded: RoboCop Event Pass
Black Ops 7 Season 3 Reloaded dropped three new abilities on April 30: Thermal Spike sets enemies on fire, Conductive Shot glues tasers to them, and W

Two of those abilities are skills added to the Endgame operator's pool: Conductive Shot (Exotic) and Wingman Unit (Nightmare). The third, Thermal Spike, is a brand-new Major Ability that arrived separately as part of the broader Endgame rework in Season 3 Reloaded. Each one upgrades. Each upgrade matters. None of this is optional if you want to stay relevant.
The Thermal Spike Major Ability is your new entry in the "set everything on fire and call it strategy" category. It emits a powerful directional flame blast that incinerates enemies on contact. The flames do not disappear the moment you stop pointing at something: they linger in the area for a short window, which means enemies who thought they were safe behind cover are still very much in trouble.
Thermal Spike is not a spray-and-pray tool. The area persistence is what makes it lethal: use it to deny chokepoints, punish flankers, and punish anyone who decides to sprint through a doorway without checking first.
In the context of BO7 Season 3 Reloaded Endgame, Thermal Spike slots in as the crowd-control Major Ability. Pair it with Bloodrunner (damage bonus for rapid multi-kills) and watch the numbers climb in a way that will make your teammates resent you.
Conductive Shot Exotic Skill BO7 is the passive annoyance that keeps on giving. Every shot you fire carries a chance to also launch a taser. That taser sticks to the enemy and applies ticks of damage over time. The enemy has to stand there, twitching, while you reload and do it again. The upgrade path turns this from a situational nuisance into a full damage strategy.

BASE |
Firing any weapon has a chance to also fire a taser that glues to the target and deals damage ticks for a limited duration. |
|
UPGRADE |
Increases the number of tasers fired per activation: more procs, more pain, more efficiency. |
|
FINAL UPGRADE |
Extended duration on all tasers. Now they can stick to ALL enemies in range, not just primary targets. Area denial via electricity. |
The Final Upgrade Shrapnel proc means that in dense enemy situations, a single Drone shot can peel off multiple targets simultaneously. Pair this with the Wirehand skill (eliminations have a chance to spawn an attack drone independently) and you are essentially running a small air force.

Season 3 Reloaded did not add these skills in isolation. The broader Black Ops 7 Endgame skills Season 3 Warband track adds complementary tools: Plague converts killed enemies into allies, Wirehand spawns drones on kills, Bloodrunner grants damage bonuses for kill chains. The new abilities sit inside this ecosystem deliberately.
Two new exotic weapons also entered the pool: Pulsebreach (burst marksman rifle with Shrapnel round affinity) and Reboot (semi-auto pistol with Shock round synergy). Both have explicit synergy with the new skills. Pulsebreach's Shrapnel affinity aligns directly with Wingman Unit's Final Upgrade. Reboot's Shock rounds pair with Conductive Shot's taser damage stack.
Season 3 Reloaded also introduces the Mega Abomination boss in Nightmare Zones, accessible after defeating the Guild Strike boss. This is where Wingman Unit and Conductive Shot are going to earn their keep: sustained encounters against a high-health enemy benefit enormously from persistent damage ticks and a drone that does not stop firing.
The BO7 Season 3 Reloaded patch notes abilities also confirm 16 new Prestige Master challenges dropping alongside the update, several of which (Nightmare: 300 enemies in a single match, Invincible: 1000 Zombies without taking damage) are going to require a functioning, upgraded skill loadout. Running base-tier abilities against those thresholds is a choice, just not a good one.

Yes. Flames persist in the targeted area, continuing to burn enemies who enter or remain within range.
Multiple kills in a short time window: exact count is not specified, but rapid chain kills reliably activate it.
It procs randomly on any weapon fire. Upgrading increases the frequency and number of tasers per activation.
No. Shrapnel on drone shots is exclusively a Final Upgrade effect and does not apply at base or standard upgrade tiers.
Yes. Pulsebreach aligns with Wingman Unit's Shrapnel; Reboot's Shock rounds pair directly with Conductive Shot.
