ARC Raiders Battening Down Quest Guide

You stumbled into the ARC Raiders Battening Down quest expecting a walk in the park. Now you are dead, and your loot is gone. Congratulations. If you had half a brain, you would know you need to visit the Riven Tides map to complete three miserable objectives. Do them out of order, and you will just run back and forth until the machines vaporize you.

Step 1: The Pipe

Start in the northeast. You are looking for the leaking oil pipe location, which is hilarious because it does not actually leak. Find the partially buried, rightmost intact pipeline. Follow the left pipe north until the yellow prompt takes pity on your blindness and lets you fix it.

Step 2: The Wall

Next, you must photograph the seawall. Head to the northeast concrete pillars. You can snap the picture at the southern end of the far-left pillar, or frankly, most of the Wavebreaker struts that run north to south. Do not overthink it; just press the button.

Step 3: The Weeds

Finally, head west to the hotel. Your objective says to sample the shoreline, but Apollo is lying to you. Go north of the tourist trap and wade into the water. Scan the Azzurro Beach seaweed piles. Try not to drown.

The Welcoming Committee

Expect pain. The beach is flat, open, and offers zero cover. You will be ruthlessly hunted by Wasps Hornets Fireflies while you wander aimlessly. Bring a photoelectric cloak or accept your inevitable demise.

Loot

For surviving this torment, you receive the Battening Down rewards. Do not get too excited. You get the following trash:
