There is no version of this guide where you stop at Rank 1.
For Sunfury specifically: the new Pyrocosm talent gives your Fireball a 20% chance to summon a Meteorite, which lands and reduces Fire Blast cooldown by 0.5 seconds. This, combined with the Fired Up CDR, means you will have more Fire Blast charges during Combustion than you've ever had in your life.
