Kingpin Blood Hunt Guide: Unlock the Nightmare 300 Boss

Marvel Rivals Kingpin is not a hero you pick. He is the secret executioner waiting at the end of Blood Hunt, and most squads never meet him because they quit the second Dracula falls. Kingpin only spawns on Extreme or Nightmare difficulty, in a destroyed Times Square, after you have earned three Golden Keys. As of the July 23 update, Nightmare difficulty now runs to Floor 300, so the grind got longer and your excuses got shorter.

Marvel Rivals Boost

Consider this Blood Hunt guide your mercy killing of confusion. Wilson Fisk has been narrating your entire run like a smug landlord watching you struggle with the rent. He earned that smugness. Respect it, then remove it with extreme prejudice.

How to Unlock the Hidden Boss

Finding the Kingpin hidden boss is not about killing more vampires, it is about ignoring them. On Extreme difficulty there are three hidden objectives scattered across separate phases, and each one that you complete drops a Golden Key. Collect all three, beat Dracula in Phase 13 like a normal person, and instead of the usual victory screen your squad gets yanked into Phase 14, a secret stage that does not exist for anyone who skipped a key.

Miss a single Golden Key and Kingpin does not show up, no warning, no consolation prize, just Dracula's victory screen mocking your incompetence.

One of the three objectives involves a timed dome barrier: you get ninety seconds to smash it and reach the target point. Stopping to fight stray vampires here is how teams fail the run and blame the servers instead of themselves.

Kingpin Attack Patterns

AttackWhat It DoesHow You Survive
Trance and BeamCane locks your character in place, followed by a one-shot beamMash every movement input immediately or accept a nap you won't wake up from
Jump and AoE ExplosionHe leaps, lands, and builds a shield bubble that detonatesBurst him hard while the bubble charges to stun him before the blast
Charge AttackStraightforward melee rushKeep distance and keep moving, this one is a formality

Compared to Dracula, this Kingpin boss fight is almost polite. He hits like a truck twice and shuffles around like a tired accountant the rest of the time. Basic movement discipline handles everything except the two attacks above, so stop dying to the easy part.

Nightmare 300 and the Extended Event

The Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt mode was supposed to end July 30, then NetEase decided your suffering deserved a longer runtime. The event and its Double XP window now stretch to October 2026, and the Nightmare difficulty Marvel Rivals ceiling jumped from Floor 160 to Floor 300. Clearing Floor 260 with any hero pays out 100 Units, once per hero, so bring alts if you enjoy free currency more than pride.

  • A new item called Dew of Insight now drops mid combat and grants an instant EXP burst to a hero of your choice.
  • Gear enhancement lets you push existing loot to higher stat tiers instead of hoarding useless duplicates.
  • Gear refining lets you reroll specific stats so your build actually matches the fight in front of you.

Rewards Worth the Bruises

The full spread of Blood Hunt bosses rewards includes titles, gallery cards, and cosmetic accessories, but the trophy piece is the one people actually chase. Golden Keys Blood Hunt objectives feed directly into your first Kingpin kill, which hands you the standard Kingpin Accessory and a Bonus Units payout. Clearing Nightmare Floor 20 or higher gives a chance at Trophy Pieces, and once you scrape together one hundred of them you can craft the Kingpin Dethroned Trophy, the golden proof that you did not, in fact, quit at Dracula like everyone else in your friend list.

Bring a squad that does not panic, ignore every enemy that is not blocking an objective, and treat Kingpin's two lethal attacks like the pop quiz they are. Everything else in this fight is just decoration.
