Cithrel's Fall dungeon guide is live: bosses, route, interrupts, Vayr's Legacy affix, Adept League loot rewards for Fellowship's capstone fight.

Welcome to the Cithrel's Fall guide, the capstone dungeon that decides whether your party deserves the Adept League or another humiliating week in Contenders. Three bosses, one timer, zero sympathy. If your group still stacks on fire, this dungeon will find that out fast and punish everyone for it.
Deep in the frozen north sits the prison of Al'zerac, an ancient frost wyrm nobody asked to meet. The Eldrin guarded it for centuries until Cithrel showed up cracking seals like a toddler with bubble wrap. Once the final lock breaks, Al'zerac returns, and that is apparently everyone's problem now. None of this changes your rotation, but enjoy the flavor text while your tank pulls too early.
This Fellowship dungeon guide recommends going left first toward Noor, the Betrayer. That side has humanoid trash with gentler pacing, letting your group warm up before the elemental packs on the right try to end you. After Noor falls, loop back around to Ancient Koros, then climb to Cithrel's platform for the finale. The dungeon has a 28 minute timer and requires 188 score, and bosses count as mandatory stops worth zero score. Going right first is technically possible and so is faceplanting into a wall.
Every pack between bosses exists to test whether your interrupt rotation is real or theoretical. Here is the roster, presented without pity.
| Enemy | Signature Move | What You Do About It |
|---|---|---|
| Eldrin Sentinel | Shattering Barrier, a shield cast on itself or an ally | Interrupt or CC it, or the shielded target pulses damage forever |
| Tundra Stalker | Rapid Fire, a channeled frontal at the tank | Point it away from the group or CC the channel |
| Deceitful Scholar | Volatile Orb plus a ground rune | Move off the rune, let melee handle the orb |
| Corrupter | Lifetap heals it for 35 percent of damage dealt | Interrupt on cooldown or the fight never ends |
| Ice Shardling | Explodes on death with a slow and a DoT | Do not stand near the corpse |
| Spellbound Golem | Cannot be crowd controlled, spawns Shardlings on death | Kill it away from the group |
Vayr's Legacy is the dungeon wide modifier that hands random trash an extra empowered ability, and it is the reason your pull that worked yesterday will not work today. Identify the empowered mob, prioritize its interrupt, and stop treating every pack like the last one.
Missing a single Shattering Barrier interrupt during an add wave is how a clean run turns into a corpse run. This is not a suggestion, it is the one rule that separates a timed key from a wipe compilation.
The Noor the Betrayer guide portion is simple on paper. Noor jumps to center, splits the arena into ten alternating safe and icy sections, then fires rotating icicle waves through Cold-Blooded Twist. Each cast adds another wave, up to five total, so dodging gets harder as the fight drags on. Razor Trap drops a hidden trap under a random player that roots whoever steps on it, so place it at the edge and not in the only path melee needs. Betrayer's Arrow marks someone for an AoE explosion, so that player walks away from the group first. Arcane Volley stacks a party wide DoT every second for six seconds, so healers should not be surprised by it. Actuate Ambush summons two Eldrin Recruits and one Eldrin Sentinel, and the tank grabs them while everyone else keeps kicking Shattering Barrier.
For Ancient Koros strategy, this is a single target slog with mechanics that stack in cruelty. Volatile Orb chases the furthest player and deals heavy group damage on impact, so assign one ranged or healer to bait every orb toward themselves. Shatterstrike is a frontal cone that can destroy the orb if positioned correctly, but it also applies Converging Cold, a slow that needs an immediate dispel or it erupts for extra damage. Calamitous Fracture requires a soak, and whoever soaks it gets Calamitous Affliction, doubling damage from the next soak, so rotate soakers and never let the same person eat it twice in a row. The soaker also drops a Calamity Rift afterward, a pulsing zone that should be placed away from both the boss and the orb kiter.
The final boss starts deceptively slow and accelerates until your screen is a light show and your cooldowns are gone. Breath of Al'zerac is a frontal cone the tank points away from the group, paired with a defensive before it lands. Path to Oblivion marks a player for a huge explosion, and the party stacks on that spot to split the damage, then scatters immediately for the second explosion a few seconds later. Bloodhunt marks two players, and Cithrel dashes between them applying a bleed, so keep those two close enough to survive the dash but ready to move. At 50 percent health, Draconic Frenzy kicks in, cutting ability cooldowns and turning the fight into a juggling act, so save major cooldowns for this phase, not before it. The arena also shrinks with every cast, so the safe ground you had at the start will not exist by the end.
This dungeon is the final wall of the Fellowship Contenders League, and it exists to punish anyone still coasting on undertuned pulls. The Fellowship capstone dungeon format means timing it is not optional if the group wants Adept access, and dying to an avoidable Razor Trap at minute twenty is a special kind of self-inflicted tragedy. Consistency beats speed here, since a wipe costs more time than a slightly slower, cleaner pull ever will.
Clearing this Cithrel's Fall interrupts gauntlet on time unlocks the Adept League and hands out an Adept tier loot cache. Failing the timer still gives loot, just not the league promotion, so a slow clear is a consolation prize, not a failure state. The cache includes a piece from the Draconic Might tier set and a shot at crafting materials for Wyrmguard gear, covering the Fellowship Adept League loot most groups are actually grinding this dungeon for.
That covers every one of the Cithrel's Fall bosses, the trash, the modifier, and the reward at the end. Run it clean, rotate your soaks, and stop letting the same person eat Calamitous Affliction twice.

It's the Contenders League capstone dungeon with three bosses, unlocking Adept League on a timed clear.
Go left toward Noor, the Betrayer first, since that side has easier, more forgiving trash pulls.
It grants random trash mobs one extra empowered ability, forcing priority interrupts on affected packs.
Rotate soakers every time, since soaking twice in a row stacks lethal bonus damage.
They still get loot, just no Adept League unlock until they clear it on time.
