BO7 Season 3 Reloaded: Every Free Skin, Camo & Blueprint
Season 4 for Black Ops 7 and Warzone launches June 4, 2026. Expect Fortune's Keep back, possible MW4 in-game reveal
The Warzone Season 4 release date is June 4, 2026 — confirmed by the Battle Pass countdown timer, because Activision apparently decided that's how we learn things now. No trailer, no announcement stream. Just a ticking clock and your imagination.
Season 3 gave Warzone the bare minimum. Multiplayer and Zombies ate well; the battle royale got table scraps. Season 4 is where Raven is expected to pay the bill. Whether they actually will is a different, significantly more depressing conversation.
Infinity Ward tweeted "looking forward to talking soon" on December 15, 2025. It has been five months. By any reasonable definition of the word "soon," something has gone wrong.
The Fortune's Keep map refresh is the single most credible piece of Warzone content expected for Season 4. Raven confirmed during the Call of Duty Next reveal — the one where they were barely done showcasing Haven's Hollow — that both Rebirth Island and Fortune's Keep would receive refreshes during the Black Ops 7 lifecycle.
Season 4 is the last realistic window. Season 5 will be dominated by Modern Warfare 4 beta noise. Season 6 gets the Haunting event — Haven's Hollow night variant — which was already leaked in a previous update. Fortune's Keep doesn't fit there either. Do the math.
What the refresh actually changes is unconfirmed. Best guesses: weather or lighting overhaul, building modifications, new or relocated points of interest. A summer variant matching the season timing wouldn't be the worst idea they've ever had. They've had many worse.
For anyone who forgot: Fortune's Keep is a Mediterranean Resurgence map with tight building clusters that reward SMGs hard, plus open rooftop cuts where low-recoil ARs dominate. The original included Town, Smuggler's Cove, the Keep, and Winery. A refresh likely adds or reworks at least one POI without dismantling what made the map work. Probably.

Here's the part everyone is waiting for and nobody will officially confirm. The Modern Warfare 4 reveal event is expected sometime in June, conveniently aligned with the Xbox Games Showcase on June 7. The pattern is familiar: new Call of Duty title approaches, Warzone becomes the marketing platform.
In past cycles this meant bunkers unlocking, butterflies to chase, random loot crates appearing on the map, and operator pre-order challenges going live. All of it exclusive to Warzone. None of it in multiplayer. This is not an accident — it's the formula.
Leakers report that Call of Duty HQ will receive an update removing Black Ops 6 from the app, and that pre-order strings are already embedded in the backend. If that's accurate, the reveal is not a matter of if — it's when in June.
For players, this translates to: check the Events tab obsessively during reveal week. Free cosmetics tied to MW4 pre-orders tend to disappear quietly once the window closes. The community that ignores this ends up paying for what others got for standing near a digital bunker.
Season 4 of Black Ops 7 and Warzone is expected to follow the same weapon cadence that's been the standard: two at launch, more trickling in mid-season. Based on past seasons and current leaks, the lineup includes a new AR and SMG at launch, with additional weapons — including a Black Ops 7 Season 4 weapons mid-season drop — arriving with Reloaded.
The practical priority order hasn't changed: unlock ARs first, then SMGs. The meta in Resurgence rewards consistent mid-range damage above almost everything else. Fortune's Keep, if it returns, only amplifies this — the map's sightlines punish players who showed up with a DMR and hope.
The Black Ops Royale Warzone mode launched in Season 2 Reloaded — a Blackout-inspired battle royale on the Avalon map, free for all players, 100-player lobbies, loot-from-scratch rules. It replaced the long-requested Plunder return with something louder and more complicated.
Standalone Blackout was removed from the playlist rotation and folded into the Hot Pursuit LTM. The Call of Duty CM confirmed a return "at a later date." Whether Season 4 is that date is unconfirmed. The operator order challenges — the ones that brought zombies players in specifically for the Ultimate skin — are the most likely refresh target. Bringing in Black Ops 4 specialist-inspired rewards would cost Raven very little and generate a disproportionate amount of goodwill. They are therefore unlikely to do it exactly that way.
Plunder as a weekend LTM was acknowledged as a possibility during the COD Pod. Since that statement, zero weekend Plunder events have occurred. Make of that what you will.
The BO7 Season 4 content schedule follows an eight-week structure: launch week content, then a Reloaded mid-season drop halfway through. Season 5 starts absorbing the Modern Warfare 4 beta marketing cycle. Season 6 goes Halloween. This is the window. Use it accordingly.

Warzone Resurgence Prop Hunt on Rebirth Island was announced for Season 3 and has not materialized as of writing. It will arrive either by the end of Season 3 or at the Season 4 launch. There are a finite number of Thursdays left. At some point, the mode will exist. Possibly.
Beyond Prop Hunt, Season 4 LTM plans are not confirmed. Hot Pursuit ran on Avalon in Season 3 Reloaded. Extreme Resurgence appeared as a weekend LTM in Season 2. The cadence suggests Raven has a playlist rotation they're comfortable with. Whether they add to it meaningfully in Season 4 depends on how distracted the studio is by the MW4 reveal cycle.

June 4, 2026 at 9AM PT. Battle Pass timer confirmed it. Activision hasn't denied it.
Raven confirmed a refresh during BO7's cycle. Season 4 is the only window that makes sense.
History says yes. Pre-order strings are already in the backend. Expect Easter eggs and cosmetic rewards.
Acknowledged as a possible weekend LTM. Zero follow-through so far. Don't plan your week around it.
Save XP tokens, finish Season 3 battle pass, and don't level weapons you won't use in June.
