BO7 Endgame Season 4 Reloaded: Act IV Complete Guide

The Guild's Central Command Node is finally exposed. Your job: collect anomalous command data across Avalon, pinpoint the physical terminal, destroy it. Straightforward on paper. Zone III minimum to start: so if you've been camping low zones, this is your wake-up call.

The Black Ops 7 Operation King Killer is confirmed as the final operation of the Endgame narrative. Ten escalating challenges, each worse than the last. Completing all of them with Samuel, Wei Lin, or Emma Kagan unlocks a unique weapon camo. Run it with all three and you get the animated version.

DO NOT prestige your main operator before clearing Act IV. Prestige wipes your Combat Rating, Field Acquisitions, and loadout rarity. Suffer later, not now.

The Final Boss Fight

Reach step 10 of Operation King Killer to unlock the Prime Target Glitch: Nightmare difficulty, wave after wave of enemies, one very unhappy boss at the end. The arena is ripped straight from the Black Ops 7 campaign containment mission. Sentimental.

Beat the Glitch Boss as Samuel or Emma Kagan and you'll unlock the Data Freeze operator skin. Collect all three skins (all three characters) for the animated End of Days camo. You have approximately three days post-update to knock this out. Start leveling those operators now.

New Skill Track

Guardian: The Tank Build You Deserve

The Guardian skill track is for players who want to be a walking wall. Six skills, all centered on eating damage, punishing attackers, and keeping the squad upright. If you liked the idea of Fortified from other modes, this is the full delivery.

• Payback: Enemies that damage you receive a portion of that damage back. A passive revenge fantasy.
• Battle Cache: Higher chance to spawn Ammo and Armor Resupply packs on kills.
• Power Tap: Picking up resupply packs also recharges your Equipment. Two birds.
• Fortified: Damage reduction scales with armor plates equipped. Stack plates, take less damage. Radical concept.
• Iron Grip: Reduced hipfire spread and reduced flinch when hit. You don't flinch.
• Rescue Pulse: Revive downed allies just by being near them. They revive you the same way. Proximity healthcare.

Rescue Pulse alone makes this track worth slotting. The Endgame Guardian build pairs this with Phoenix Burst and Sleeper Agent for a squad-anchor loadout that's legitimately hard to kill.

New Skills: Fission, Sleeper Agent, Psych Grenade

Psych Grenade (Minor Ability)

Throws a grenade that explodes on impact and drops a lingering cloud of hallucinogenic gas, applying brain rot to enemies in range. Unlock it through Weekly Challenges. Place it near checkpoints or enemy clusters. Works exactly as advertised and expects nothing from you in return.

Fission (Exotic Skill)

Killing an elite enemy has a chance to trigger a large explosion, damaging everything nearby. Upgrade it for bigger blasts and a wider radius. Max upgrade spawns a friendly Toxic Tear from each explosion. It is crowd control, not a consistent damage tool: elite kills are far less common than specials. The Fission exotic skill BO7 trades consistency for spectacle.

On hit, base enemies have a chance to switch sides, rush nearby hostiles, and detonate on impact. Upgraded, they attract additional enemies toward themselves. Max upgrade drops cluster munitions on detonation. This is the better Nightmare skill pick over Chaos Rounds for most builds: especially now that two Nightmare slots are available at Prestige 2.

Hit max Combat Rating (CR 66 base) and you can choose to prestige: resetting your CR, all equipped skills, Field Acquisitions, and loadout weapon rarity to zero. In exchange: permanent upgrades that raise your ceiling. Do this voluntarily.

Skill tracks after Prestige are randomized. You cannot choose. The BO7 Operator Prestige system is entirely indifferent to your preferences. Prestige 3 is the only one with a meaningfully impactful unlock: the fourth skill track slot and CR cap increase to 88 changes builds substantially. The others are incremental.

Prestige resets are required to hit CR 88. It takes exactly three. Start counting.

XR-3 Ion Vulcan Minigun Attachment

First weekly challenge reward of Season 4 Reloaded. The XR3 Ion Vulcan minigun attachment is a side-mounted foregrip for the Ion that converts it into a full-auto minigun configuration: focused hipfire, reduced spread, improved ADS movement speed. The catch: it blocks all optic attachments. No scope. You are now a walking lawn mower with no depth perception. Reasonable trade.

AN-94 and Executioner's Duet

The AN-94 assault rifle Black Ops 7 returns from Black Ops 4, carrying its hyperburst mechanic: the first two rounds fire at an accelerated rate before settling into a standard pattern. It rewards trigger discipline. Both it and the Executioner's Duet dual axes are unlocked through the free track of the Nick Cage Event Pass.

The Executioner's Duet is a dual-axe melee weapon: highest mobility in its class, shortest reach. It is exactly as reckless as it sounds.

Following Terry Crews and Dave Chappelle: Treyarch's commitment to "lore-accurate" operators lasted approximately one season: Nicolas Cage arrives June 25. He shows up in military tactical gear, which is at least more dignified than a Half Baked crossover.

Progress is earned through XP in any mode. No special playlist required. The Nick Cage Call of Duty operator event runs June 25 to July 23.

Summer of Action

Log in daily through the Summer of Action event. Rewards include Battle Pass tier skips, double XP tokens, the "Catharsis" X9 Maverick AR blueprint, and miscellaneous cosmetics. It requires no effort beyond existing. Take it or leave it: the game will not miss you either way.

Free-to-Play Ends With Season 5

Endgame remains free-to-play until Season 5 ends, estimated around September 3, 2026. After that, full game purchase required. Modern Warfare 4 launches in October and Activision's budget has already moved on: this is less a gift and more a liquidation sale. Jump in while the price is right.
