• Where to look: Set sail and explore the islands within the Windrose foothills archipelago.
• What to look for: Search the islands until you spot a wheat field icon labeled 0/1 on your map. This marker indicates the exact location of the ancient village where the whistle can be found.

Step 2: Gather the Ritual Supplies

Once you arrive at the village, you will need to collect two specific types of resources to activate the ancient altar.

1. Raw Meat (20 Pieces)

You need 20 pieces of meat for the altar offering. You can hunt the local wildlife normally, or use a clever shortcut: kite the local alpha wolves into groups of goats and let them fight each other, allowing you to safely collect the resources afterward.

2. Ritual Oils (3 Vials)

Three vials of ritual oil are hidden around the scattered buildings and ruins.
