Every ESO weekly vendor resets on Tuesday, and for the current rotation, running from July 21 to July 28, 2026, here is exactly what is on the shelves at all three rotating merchants. No guesswork, no last week's leftovers, just the real stock and what it actually costs.

Three vendors, three currencies, and one of them does not even ask for premium currency. Below is the full lineup, then the verdicts.

This Week's Vendors at a Glance

The ESO Scholarium vendor run by Chronicler Firandil, also known as the ESO scripts vendor since scribing scripts are the only thing it sells, is the odd one out on this list, since everything there is priced in plain gold, no Archival Fortunes or Tel Var involved at all. Three of those scripts cost a token 10 gold each, which is basically free.

• The Lead: Face of the Wolf Beast at the Tel Var Merchant is one of the leads for the Ring of the Wild Hunt ESO players consistently recommend, since it adds 15 percent movement speed in combat and 45 percent out of combat.

• The Lead: Double-Moon Leather Cop at the Infinite Archive is one of the five fragments for the Esoteric Environment Greaves, a defensive mythic that cuts direct damage taken by 50 percent while you sit above 50 percent Stamina.
• The three 10 gold scripts at the Scholarium, Off Balance, Resolve, and Healing, cost so little that skipping them makes no sense even if you are not sure you need them yet.

Both ESO Archival Fortunes and ESO Tel Var Stones are slow currencies to farm, so the rule stays the same every single week: spend them on mythic leads, set pieces, and jewelry you cannot easily get any other way, and let gold cover anything the Scholarium already sells that cheap.

What's Skippable This Week

• The Bound Style Page: Lord Warden Mask at 15,000 Archival Fortunes is a steep price for a cosmetic that already has a cheaper Opal recipe circulating among players.
• The Cartographer's Rucksack at 3,000 Archival Fortunes is a public dungeon fragment, and trading it for that much premium currency is a poor exchange rate for what it gives back.
• The Companion Equipment: Light Armor box at 5,000 Archival Fortunes rarely sells for enough on the trade market to justify the currency spent getting it.
• The Fragment of Balamath at the Tel Var Merchant only grants a minor shield effect, and the Craglorn delve it normally drops from is not annoying enough to justify buying it instead.
• The furnishing plans and lore books scattered through the Infinite Archive list, the Argonian Seat pattern, the Telvanni Arched Light praxis, and the readable books, are all nice for a collector but easy to skip for anyone optimizing currency.

Where to Actually Find These Vendors

The ESO Infinite Archive vendor Filer Ool sits inside Apocrypha near the entrance of the Infinite Archive itself, and she only accepts Archival Fortunes earned by running the Archive. The ESO Telvar vendor is stationed at the Tel Var Stone Exchange inside each alliance base in the Imperial City Sewers, and getting there safely is half the challenge. The Scholarium sits inside Eyevea and only opens up once you have completed the introductory Scribing questline.
