AC Black Flag Resynced: Denuvo Cracked Before Launch
Black Flag Resynced launches July 9, 2026 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Get the release date, editions, PC specs, and the early-access trick.
The Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced release date is July 9, 2026. Congratulations, you now know the one fact that actually matters. Everything below is for the rest of you who need hand-holding through pirate cosplay.
Ubisoft rebuilt a 2013 pirate simulator from scratch and called it new. Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced platforms include PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and the Ubisoft Store. PS4 and Xbox One owners are excluded, which is Ubisoft's polite way of telling you to upgrade your hardware or your life choices. A Switch 2 version has not been confirmed, so don't hold your breath on that account either.

Ubisoft insists this Black Flag remake contains zero code from the original, which is a strange thing to brag about when the whole pitch is nostalgia. Led by Ubisoft Singapore with help from fourteen other studios, it runs on the Anvil engine last seen powering Assassin's Creed Shadows. Expect ray-traced lighting, rebuilt water, and Edward Kenway looking suspiciously better-moisturized than he did in 2013.
Bad news for the impatient: Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced early access does not exist, not even for the Deluxe or Collector's editions. Ubisoft simply didn't feel like giving you a head start, and no amount of pre-ordering changes that.
Console releases unlock at midnight local time, while PC launches simultaneously worldwide, which is where the so-called New Zealand trick crawls in. Change your console's region to New Zealand, and you can technically play hours before everyone else. It works, it's tedious, and Sony makes it deliberately painful on PS5 by forcing a new regional account and region-locked currency. Xbox users get it easier, because Microsoft apparently enjoys watching Sony struggle.
Here are the minimum requirements, because someone always asks and someone always ignores the answer anyway.

The Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced pre-order bonus is Blackbeard's Crimson Pack: a costume, a sword, a pistol. Purely cosmetic, purely designed to make your wallet feel useful.

Every pre-order across every edition includes Blackbeard's Crimson Pack automatically, so at least Ubisoft isn't charging twice for the same shiny hat.
Six hours of new story content, expanded arcs for Blackbeard and Stede Bonnet, three new officers, sea shanties, pets, and a photo mode nobody requested but everybody will use. Darby McDevitt returned to write new scenes, and Matt Ryan reprises Edward Kenway, so at least the voice hasn't been replaced by an algorithm. Yet.
If you loved the original, this is the same skeleton wearing a new coat of paint and a slightly better haircut. If you didn't, six extra hours of pirates yelling about Templars won't change your mind. Either way, mark July 9, 2026, and manage your expectations accordingly.

No. Not even Deluxe or Collector's editions get it, regardless of what you paid.
Yes, since consoles unlock at midnight local time, but it's tedious on PS5 specifically.
Blackbeard's Crimson Pack: a costume, sword, and pistol, purely cosmetic, purely optional.
Ubisoft calls it a full remake, built from scratch, containing zero original 2013 code.
