Escape from Tarkov Full Speed Ahead Event Guide

The Rogues decided they were tired of standing around the water treatment plant staring at the ocean, so now they're your problem on three maps simultaneously. Escape from Tarkov Full Speed Ahead event launched on May 15, 2026, and runs until May 21. Six days. That's all you get. If you miss the deadline, congratulations — you played yourself.

Sup. We have a CRINGEBLOG promocode, which is work for any Escape from Tarkov bundle service. the size of discount is... unexpected ;-)

This is a lead-in to the heavily anticipated Icebreaker event. The lore pretends to be mysterious about a "facility in the Gulf," but it's a boat. It's obviously a boat. Knight is trying to get to a boat, and Peacekeeper is paying you to stop him, presumably while also dying to a scav with a Mosin.

The event is available in both PvP and PvE modes. No excuses. Complete four quests from Peacekeeper, earn the exclusive Awaiting Departure achievement, and feel marginally better about yourself.

Time is not your friend. You have until May 21. Transit runs, crate-planting, and hunting Knight on a warzone Shoreline all cost time. Start immediately or accept failure gracefully.

Rogue Spawn Locations

The Rogue spawns Shoreline Reserve Lighthouse situation is uglier than the patch notes suggest. Packs range from 3 to 6 enemies. They are not friendly. They do not care about your gear.

Shoreline

  • Entire beach stretch — Terminal to Tunnel
  • Weather Station area
  • The Goons: 100% spawn, gas station area to hydroelectric station

Reserve

  • K-buildings vicinity
  • Rook / Train building area
  • Patrols reported as far as Bishop

Lighthouse

  • Water Treatment Plant (normal)
  • The Chalet area
  • Landing Stage / sunken house on the beach

On Lighthouse, the WTP doesn't always fill — they now rotate between three spawn points, using roughly two of them per raid. Which two? The game hates you, so you'll find out on arrival.

Quest 1: No Smoke Without Fire

Survive one raid on each of the three affected maps. Kill 10 Rogues total across any of them. Note that transits do not count as map survives for this task. You must extract normally. The game felt this detail needed to be a surprise.

Do this on Reserve. Rogues there carry backpacks containing Radar Station Spare Parts Tarkov: the exact item you need for Quest 2. Kill them here, loot the crates immediately, and avoid doing twice the work later like everyone else will.

Tip: Not every Rogue carries the crate. If there's no backpack visible on the body, there's nothing useful on them. Move on.

Quest 2: Stealing the Stolen

The part where most players lose their minds and their loot

You need six Radar Station Spare Parts, found only in the backpacks of Rogues on Reserve, we can help it via Escape from Tarkov services. Each weighs 8 kg and takes up a 3x3 slot. You can carry four per raid at best, which means at minimum two trips. Mathematics hates you.

Critical Rules

  • These items cannot go in your secure container.
  • Once off Reserve, they vanish on death: no loot recovery, no flea market, no friends mule-carrying extras for you.
  • If you die on the planting map, start over from scratch on Reserve. Enjoy.

Planting Locations

  • Woods: USEC Checkpoint trailer near the BTR stop. 15 seconds per plant, two plants, completely exposed. Bring smokes. You will need them.
  • Customs: Trailer behind New Gas Station, up the hill. Blue locker inside; the interaction hitbox is awkward. Budget extra time for clicking like an idiot.
  • Streets of Tarkov: Trailer near the Collapsed Crane extract. High traffic, but covered enough that it's the least miserable of the three.

The Stealing the Stolen quest guide answer is simple in theory: do each map in a separate raid, don't get greedy, don't try to chain them. One wrong firefight and you're back to Reserve hunting backpack Rogues.

Quest 3: Alloy

A two-map chain that punishes optimism

Requires two Wi-Fi Cameras: one planted at the Weather Station on Shoreline, one planted at the south boat house on Lighthouse, reached via transit. The Alloy quest Wi-Fi Camera location on Shoreline is the same antenna array where you placed the jammer for Signal Part 3. If you've done that task, muscle memory will carry you. If you haven't, the red-and-white dome on the hilltop is hard to miss.

Getting there is the actual problem. Shoreline during this event is a warzone. Every player rushing toward Knight at the gas station is criss-crossing your route. Navigating from Weather Station to the Lighthouse transit while alive requires either skill, patience, or a willingness to lose the task and start the transit over.

On Lighthouse, head to the south boat house: the same location as Therapist's Seaside Vacation briefcase. Plant the second camera. Good news: you do not need to survive or extract after planting. The moment it goes in, the quest registers. Die happy.

Quest 4: Mayday

Fourteen kills and a murder errand involving the most contested man on Shoreline

Kill 14 Rogues across the event maps. That's the easy half. The hard half: you need Rogue Intel Maps, a unique item looted from Knight's tactical rig. Knight: of the Goons trio: spawns 100% of the time on Shoreline between the gas station and the hydroelectric power station.

The Mayday quest Tarkov Rogue intel item cannot go in your secure container and cannot be sold on the flea market. If you die carrying it, it's gone. More importantly: every player who has reached this quest is also racing to the same gas station to kill the same Knight. Shoreline is a massacre right now, and that massacre is centered on one location.

The Intel Maps drop only from Knight. Not from Rogues, not from Big Pipe, not from Birdeye. Only Knight. Plan your approach to the gas station accordingly: or don't, and watch nine other PMCs arrive simultaneously.

After handing the maps to Peacekeeper, you receive the Awaiting Departure achievement. Peacekeeper also strongly implies more content is coming before Icebreaker arrives: his parting line suggests staying active outside the hideout. Whether that's more event tasks or just flavor text, nobody knows yet.

The Icebreaker Connection

This event is a prologue. The entire Tarkov Icebreaker event 2026 setup is being laid through these four quests: Knight is trying to locate an offshore facility: likely a vessel: inside the Gulf blockade perimeter. Peacekeeper wants to know why. You're the one doing the actual work for a modest fee, as usual.

The event ends May 21, which is a Thursday. Major Tarkov patches traditionally drop on Thursdays. The community math is not subtle. Whether Icebreaker launches the moment Full Speed Ahead ends, or arrives later, is unknown: but the runway is short and the 2026 roadmap includes a new map, a new boss, and new equipment alongside it.

Completing this event's achievement is not confirmed as a prerequisite for Icebreaker access. It's hype infrastructure. Still worth doing.

Survival Tips

Practical advice for people who want to finish before May 21

  • Start Quest 1 on Reserve and loot crate items simultaneously. Doing them separately doubles your suffering for no reason.
  • Run Reserve as a Scav too: big backpack Scav runs can extract crates without burning PMC resources. Of course with a Escape from Tarkov currency it much simpler
  • Plant crates in three separate raids, one map each. Chaining them in one run is how items get lost.
  • Bring smoke grenades to the Woods planting spot. Thirty seconds of exposure with a 3x3 crate in your bag is not subtle.
  • The Goons location Shoreline event is fixed: gas station to hydroelectric. Don't wander searching for them.
  • On Lighthouse, use the Water Treatment Plant spawns to grind Rogue kills for Quests 1 and 4 simultaneously.
  • After planting the second Wi-Fi Camera in Alloy, you can die. This is the only quest in the chain where death is a valid strategy.
  • For Mayday, approach the gas station from an unexpected angle. Every other player is taking the obvious route.

Escape from Tarkov Full Speed Ahead Event Guide FAQ

Does the Full Speed Ahead event work in PvE mode?

Yes. Both PvP and PvE modes have the event active with all four quests and the achievement available.

Can I store Radar Station Spare Parts in my secure container?

No. They go nowhere secure. Die with them on a planting map and they're simply gone.

Where exactly do Rogues spawn on Reserve during the event?

Around the K-buildings, the Rook and train area, and roaming as far as the Bishop structure.

Does completing this event unlock Icebreaker or give early access?

Not confirmed. It grants an exclusive achievement. Icebreaker is a separate upcoming release.

Do transit extracts count as survives for No Smoke Without Fire?

No. You must extract normally. Transits are explicitly excluded from the survival requirement.
