Season 15 hotfix guarantees Mythic Tributes, adds Superior Lair Keys to Glints of Hope, and the gold dungeon reset exploit still works today.

Blizzard finally stopped pretending the mythic drought was intentional. The Diablo 4 Season 15 hotfix adds Superior Lair Keys to the repeatable Glints of Hope cache and massively boosts Mythic Tribute odds in the Undercity: a greatly increased chance at Torment 10, and a guaranteed mythic at Torment 12. If you were hoarding caches out of confusion rather than strategy, open them now.
Five Greater Tributes of Armaments can be amalgamated into one Mythic Tribute of Armaments if you don't already have one lying around. Do not, under any circumstances, sprint into the Undercity like it owes you money. Confirm you're on Torment 12 first, then check your activity tree for the gutter filth node, because without it you're just doing a very expensive walking simulator.
Activating any beacon inside the Undercity gives a small chance to summon a Portal Prankster. Every prankster you summon adds another chest at the end of the run, and since the base reward is now guaranteed, a good run nets two, three, or even four mythics instead of the usual one disappointing drop. Before leaving the starting zone, open the map and plan your beacon route, because wasting time deciding where to go is how solo players tank an otherwise perfect run.
Blizzard confirmed the fix in two waves: the Corrupted Reaper mythic drop rate and mythic equip limit went first, with Superior Lair Keys and the Undercity tribute buff following in the next patch, exactly as promised in the official notes.
The reputation board claims you earn Glints of Hope by slaying Old Saw ritual summons. That description is decorative at best, since every elite kill anywhere counts toward the bar. The actual best Hell Tide farm location is wherever two or three portals cluster together, ideally near a Great World Event portal, because those spawn constantly and attract portal goblins that crack open even more portals on top of themselves.
Stacking portals pushes your threat meter past the limit, which triggers invasions, which throw more random elites at you, which raises your threat again. It's a feedback loop of violence, and it's the single fastest way to fill your Glints of Hope bar. Hellborn invaders can be converted into Butchers through the activity tree for bonus XP, and activating a Profane Mine Cage buffs every overworld monster's loot and experience output simultaneously.
Event | What it gives you |
|---|---|
Portal stacking | Multiple elite spawns and repeated invasions |
Hellborn invasion | Convertible into Butchers for XP and Glints of Hope |
Profane Mine Cage | Buffed loot and XP from all nearby monsters |
Realm Walker | Chance at a Death Toll Chamber and Superior Lair Keys |
A Realm Walker can lead you into a Death Toll Chamber, which hands out Superior Lair Keys on top of everything else, and from there you can farm Pandemonium Fragments toward crafting. Do this solo for thirty minutes to an hour with a friend doubling the invasions, and you'll walk away with a genuinely obscene pile of caches.
The alchemist next to the jeweler now converts seasonal Pandemonium Fragments into Resplendent Sparks, at a cost of seven fragments per spark. Take those sparks to your blacksmith to craft iconic mythics directly, or bring three of them to the jeweler for slot specific mythicals. This system is currently pointless if you have zero mythics worth chasing, and extremely useful the moment you do.
The bigger change is the mythic crafting overhaul itself. Season 15's Horadric Cube removes the old random mythic reroll entirely and replaces it with a direct Upgrade to Mythic that keeps your original unique's rolled stats intact. Get a good unique with the affixes you actually want, farm the Reaper in Zir'Baxx for a Pandemonium Fragment, and upgrade that exact item instead of gambling on a random one.
It's a faster path to power, sure, but you still need to kill a difficult boss repeatedly and land a genuinely good unique roll before upgrading, so calling it "easy mode" is generous.
This one is a bug, not a feature, and Blizzard has quietly left it alone for a while now. Craft an Escalation Sigil in the Horadric Cube from five normal sigils, then open your Nightmare Dungeon Escalation and blast through the first two floors without stopping to think. Nothing there matters. On the third floor, pick whatever reserve you actually need: gold, materials, or gems.
The trick is never killing the boss on that third floor. Instead, loot every chest available, six to eight of them on a straightforward old sanctuary map, then open your map, teleport to the nearest overworld dungeon entrance, walk in for a second, and teleport straight back to your Escalation. The floor resets completely with fresh chests, and you repeat the loop for as long as your patience holds.
Stack Night Terrors and Meat Brothers in your activity tree and random Hellborn will attack during these runs too, occasionally becoming double Butchers that hand out Profane Mine Cages and generous XP. Use this loop while it lasts, because reset exploits in this game have a documented habit of getting patched into oblivion without warning.

Torment 12 guarantees a mythic drop from the Mythic Tribute of Armaments, while Torment 10 only increases your odds.
Kill elites anywhere, but stacking portals during Hell Tides and triggering invasions is by far the quickest method.
It works currently but it's an unintended bug, so expect Blizzard to patch it without notice at some point.
